We guarantee the workmanship of our hoops with a 1 year warranty.

If your hoop stops working within 1 year of its original purchase simply contact us for return instructions and we'll repair it.  Purchaser is responsible for safely returning the hoop.  Shipping costs for the return must be paid by the purchaser and will not be refunded.  Purchaser assumes all liability for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping.

The warranty does not cover normal wear on the hoop occurring from normal use such as scuffs, scratches and damage to tape.  The warranty does not cover any damage to the hoop due to abuse, improper care, improper charging, damage to tubing from improper collapsing or exposure to water, dirt, sand, heat, cold or other adverse environmental condition.  Damage to the hoop caused by heat, flame, or fuel from using the hoop as a fire hoop is not covered. The tubing used to make these and other hoops has a physical limit of how much force it can withstand before failing. The weight added by the LED circuit as well as the holes drilled for for the circuit interfaces compound this limit. The user of the hoop is responsible for understanding these limits. Damage caused by forceful moves such as, but not limited to, paddle breaks and knee reversals is not covered by this warranty. Polypropylene becomes brittle when cold. Always store you hoop at room temperature (60 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit) and take extra care when hooping in cold climates. Damage to the tubing caused by exposure to cold is not covered by this warranty. To avoid damages not covered by this warranty, please review the important Astral Hoop Care Instructions. Do not attempt to repair a hoop yourself. Taking apart, disassembling, or modifying the hoop in any way will void this warranty.
