Expansion Pack 1 - Evolution and Windmills

The hoop must be sent to us to perform the software update. To send in your hoop, please fill out and follow the instructions on the Request for Service page. If you want the new modes, but don't want to part with your hoop while we update it, we will also be doing on the spot software updates at festivals this season!

Upgrade from 90 modes to 120 with our new expansion pack of 30 original modes.

Atomic and Atomic Pro generation 2 and above can be upgraded with this expansion pack. Your Atomic is gen 2 or higher if the joystick is on the inside of the hoop. The expansion modes will look a little different depending on what version of the Atomic you have. We are currently on the 3rd generation. The 3rd generation is capable of more color depth than the 2nd generation. 2nd gen hoops are limited to the colors red, blue, green, cyan, magenta, yellow, and white. The pictures on this page were taken of a 3rd generation Atomic.

15 Evolution Modes
The Evolution modes combine an assortment of spinning points on top of solid, strobing, and rainbow fading backgrounds to expand to a new dimension of mind bending effects. These modes are great for body rockin' as well as off the body and isolation moves. To be sure you'll never get bored, we've included a mode that randomly adjusts six different settings to create 811,008 possible Evolution combinations.

15 Windmill Modes
The Windmill modes create multicolored windmill blades. This is similar to the Busted mode that comes standard on the Atomic, but with a varaity of colors and blade lengths. Best with off the body and poi-type moves. Do some 3-beat weaves with these and you'll look like you're juggling lightsaber blades. Don Quixote beware.
